Get the most out of your glass roof
While glass roofs, including skylights, pergolas and conservatories, allow more natural light to enter buildings and improve views, they create environmental problems such as excessive heat gain during summer and heat loss during winter. Pelmet Maxiview Roof Roller Shutters solve these environmental problems and more, including:
Maxiview’s unique perforated design
Manufactured from a 53mm single wall extruded aluminium interlocking profile, Pelmet Maxiview Roof Roller Shutters incorporate a series of perforations in the shutter profile (over 54,000 perforations per square metre). This unique Pelmet design allows light to pass through the profile while deflecting the outside heat and protecting the glass. The perforated area is only 19% of the overall shutter profile.
For a complete block-out option, Pelmet Maxiview Roof Roller Shutters can be supplied non-perforated.
Extra security
For added security, Pelmet Maxiview Roof Roller Shutters can be installed with our exclusive Maxiblock security system.
Operational features
Pelmet Maxiview Roof Roller Shutters can be fitted to existing structures or designed for new building installations. They have a tighter rolling action than conventional roller shutters, therefore retracting into a smaller pelmet (or headbox). They can also retract fully into the pelmet when not required, avoiding obstruction, unlike most other shading systems.
Electronic control
They can be easily operated by electric switch or remote control with optional sun, light and wind sensors. Even the angle of the glass is no problem as Pelmet Maxiview Roof Roller Shutters can be fitted to flat, curved or sloping glass roofs and can operate uphill.
Standard Colours
Pelmet Maxiview Roof Roller Shutters are available in 13 standard colours.
